[Summary 中文+English] Why Emmanuel Macron wants to abolish ENA, France’s most elite college

摘要

法國經歷聖母院大火後，最近又經歷一件大事，總統馬克宏四月底宣布有計畫廢除ENA (Ecole Nationale d’admistration,國家行政學院)，試圖讓菁英壟斷政治、發展的狀況走入歷史，但人民分成兩派，有人支持廢除學院，認為這樣能改善社會階級差異帶來的種種不滿(如:黃背心運動);同時，也有人不認為廢除學院能改善法國現況。

Summary

Near the end of April, Mr. Macron, the president of France announced the plan to abolish ENA. It is the prestigious school named as Ecole Nationale d’admistration that many presidents or civil servants or CEOs have graduated from there. Mr. Macron claimed that the current situation that elites, also named enarques, are all from the same place might cause France become the country under narrow perspectives, while the citizens divide into two parties, some people agree with the abolishment, considering that may lower the anger from gilet jaunes, also known as yellow vest; while some others do not agree that the difference of class will get decreased from this possible action.
