[Writing Practice] The advantages and disadvantages of remote working

Remote working becomes the well-known issue in recent years, at the same time, it is put into practice by international companies. When it comes to this new concept of working, there would be different voices raised by the public. To practice the brainstorming for English writing, the followings divide into two sections, I would like to number the advantages and disadvantages of remote working.


Advantages
1. The companies would lower its cost on renting, electricity, water, and so on.
2. The companies could run continuously even though it is on the weekends.
3. The commuters would lower their traffic time loss and meeting time loss.
4. The employees could choose where and when they want to work.
5. The employees could concentrate on what is important without distraction.
6. The employees could have better work and life balance.

Disadvantages
1. The companies would have difficulty on judging the performance of its employees.
2. The employees would have to pay more on where they choose to work though they save a little money of commuting.
3. The employees would overwork since there is no concrete off-work time.
4. The employees would lose the time interacting with their colleagues.
5. It would be more difficult to have an efficient meeting, since people are not at a same place. Many factors would cause the meeting longer and more inefficient.
